Secret Garden is a small family nursery in the High Peak on the edge of the Derbyshire Peak District. We are situated in a quiet river valley off the A6 road between Buxton and Stockport.
I opened The Secret Garden 20 years ago at Carr Farm in Furness Vale village. My Grandfather and Father were both nurserymen in Curbar, Derbyshire and although the Secret Garden is small, I focus on summer bedding plants, summer and winter baskets and planters, plus Christmas trees, wreaths and garlands. I do also provide for the changing needs of my customers and can supply and deliver competitively priced hardy plants, trees, shrubs and climbers.
